Did you know that April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month?

Join WSAC for our 3rd Annual Clothesline Project on Wednesday, April 11th from 2-4 in the Rose Parlor and Thursday, April 12th from 3-5 in Social Hall and help raise awareness about violence against women!

What is the Clothesline Project?

The Clothesline Project is a program that was started in 1990 in order to address the issue of violence against women. It is a vehicle for women affected by violence to expres their emotions by decorating a shirt. They then hang the shirt on a clothesline to be viewed by others as testimony to the problem of violence against women. With the support of many, The Clothesline Project has since spread worldwide.
