Has everyone seen our B-E-A-UTIFUL bulletin board????? We will be updating it regularly for black history month. On the bulletin board you will find, a brief profile of an African American woman who has contributed to the feminist movement. The week it was bell hooks, the profile is brief but if you would like to know more about bell hooks and her work I encourage you to visit:
http://www.notablebiographies.com/He-Ho/Hooks-Bell.html

Or look for her books in Trinity’s library. “Ain’t I a Woman: Black Women and Feminism” might be a good introduction.

hello- is the WSAC open to all students? If so when do you all met?
Hi! The Women’s Student Action Coalition is definitely open to all students! This semester we didnt have any meetings
, only events. Next semester we plan on having them weekly or biweekly. We are still deciding what time is best for students to meet. Send me an email and I’ll be sure to keep you updated!
