Spirit Week– Trinity Pride Thursday Sept. 23rd!!!!! Big Sister/Little Sister Social Friday Sept. 24th @ 8pm in Social Hall of Main!!!!!

Cap & Gown weekend is a tradition that dates back to the first graduating class of Trinity. It was a time to recognize the senior class for their academic accomplishments in obtaining 92 credits, and join in the celebration of pending graduation.

Convocation is a lovely ceremony with insightful and inspirational speakers, where the senior class can relish in their accomplishments! This year’s convocation will be in the Trinity Center at 5pm on Saturday, September 25.

Cap & Gown mass is another part of this amazing tradition. Mass this year will begin promptly at 10am, with Brunch to follow.

Courtyard sing is the final part of this tradition-filled weekend. Freshwomen receive their class banner, all of the classes sing to the senior class, and Seymour court is packed with people and class decorations. Every class has a side of the court to decorate, and the seniors fill the lawn in the center. Every class sings a song dedicated to the senior class, this year it’s the GOLD CLASS!!!!, and the seniors sing a song in return to them. Don’t miss courtyard sing on Sunday at 12:30!

Traditions are so very important, especially here at Trinity. Make it a point to get involved and have fun! Cap & Gown weekend has been happening for over 100 years.
