Join us at the Forward on Climate Rally! The Sierra Club, 350.org and the Hip-Hop Caucus are sponsoring this upcoming event here in DC. The goal of the rally is to move President Obama to take immediate action on the climate, the first step being to reject the Keystone XL Pipeline. The rally is taking place on Sunday, February 17th, from 12:00-4:00 pm. It will begin at the National Monument on the Mall followed by a march to the White House. We will meet at the Trinity shuttle at 11:00 am. We advice you to wear comfortable shoes. This is going to be the largest climate rally EVER in our nation’s history, with a goal of bringing over 20,000 climate activists to our nations capital. Are you in?
